Skateboard Down A Ramp
Props:
Setup: Arrange your ramp so that it slopes down ever so gently. You want the skateboard to be able to sit still at the top of the ramp when untouched, but for it to move downwards as soon as gentle pressure is applied. |

Step 1:
Place your skateboard onto the ramp. Use a treat to lure your rat onto the skateboard (hold it still for now), then reward them.

Now begin to allow the skateboard to roll forward a slight bit each time you lead your rat onto it.

Step 3:
Gradually begin to increase the incline of the ramp and how far your rat is rolling on the skateboard. Each time you increase the ramp's angle, make sure your rat is comfortable with it before moving on.

Step 4:
All that's left is to slowly fade out your hand. Do this by making less and less direct motions towards the skateboard itself, until just pointing at it will cue your rat to jump on and roll to the end of the ramp.
